2025 Texas Constitutional Amendment Election Information
In this election you will vote on 17 proposed amendments to the Texas constitution. These amendments are the final step before bills passed in this year's Texas Legislative Session can become law (or not).
These amendments determine who pays taxes, who receives relief, who is incarcerated, and who is left behind. They help the Republicans to cement power for the wealthy, feed their culture wars, and keep working people divided.
Let them know what we want for Texas’ future.
